Within 14 days of purchase, self-serve full refund for Pro. No forms to email us — use the email and license ID from your purchase email.

  • Pro only. Free has no charge. Studio plans: write hello@archwaycore.com.
  • Full refund only. Funds can take up to ~10 days on your statement.
  • After 14 days, email us — we still review fair cases by hand.
